This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.
1. Digital Services & Subscriptions
Payments made for premium app subscriptions or digital services are non-refundable once the service is activated.
If you face technical issues preventing you from accessing the service, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.
We may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund in exceptional cases.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
Refunds are applicable only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders for digital services cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.
Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
